SUBSTANCE: routing protocol is established, by means of which a mobile device may communicate to many (receiving) basic stations, despite the fact that a tunnel is established via a service basic station. A message that includes a heading of route creation may be sent by a mobile device in order to establish a tunnel. The heading of route establishment is analysed by the receiving basic station at the time, when the mobile device is in a condition of awaiting opening. Various errors may occur in respect to the heading of route creation. Such errors may be sent to the mobile device by means of the basic station through setting one or more fields of error codes, after the errors have been resolved, if necessary, another attempt may be made to establish a tunnel with a basic station.

EFFECT: support of service transfer from a current basic station to a target basic station.
