SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural machinery. Threshing and separating device contains a deck and a threshing drum with under-rasps and rasps. The rasps are divided into fixed end sections and movable sections. Fixed end sections are rigidly fixed to the parts of the under-rasps protruding behind the end discs of the threshing drum. The movable sections of rasps are coupled through the brackets and fingers with one end of spring-loaded pins. The other ends of the spring-loaded pins through the spacer ring are installed in the threshing drum discs. Spring pins are made straight and fixed by sleeves established as thrust between the under-rasp and spacer ring. When interacting with the threshed material the movable parts of rasps are able to move to the center of the threshing drum and rotate around the axis of attachment to the spring pin.

EFFECT: reduced fragmentation of sunflower seeds and improvement of quality of threshing.
