FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics. Surgical access is performed. Arthrodesis of talus-navicular and talocalcaneal joints is performed with ablation of their joint surfaces by carrying out cold-plasma ablation for 1-3 seconds with plasma energy 6-8 eV and irradiation power 250-300 W. Apparatus of external fixation is applied. In post-operation period elimination of heel bone and foot supination is performed by carrying out step-by-step dosed compression separately in talocalcaneal and talus-navicular joints.
EFFECT: method ensures bringing foot into anatomically correct position, reduction of rehabilitation period terms and reduction of performed surgery trauma.
