SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics. Medial and lateral release of foot is performed. Apparatus of external fixation is applied on shin and foot. From the lateral side of talocalcaneal joint sampling of wedge-shaped transplant, whose base faces outer side, is performed. Compression of lateral and distraction of medial sides of talocalcaneal joint with possibility to ensure elimination of heel bone supination and formation of wedge-shaped cavity from medial side between talus and heel bone are performed by means of apparatus of external fixation. Cartilaginous covering is ablated from internal surfaces of formed cavity. After that, transplant is introduced into cavity. Compression of talocalcaneal joint is performed by means of apparatus of external fixation. Shortening of external portion of Achilles tendon, tendons of posterior tibial and long peroneal muscles is carried out. Tendon of anterior tibial muscle is cut off from the place of its attachment to metatarsal bone, bringing it on external edge of foot, and sewn to tendon of short peroneal muscle. Restoration of dissected capsule-ligament apparatus is performed from lateral and medial sides of talocalcaneal joint by layer-by-layer sewing.

EFFECT: method ensures reconstruction of anatomical shape of foot, elimination of possibility of heel bone returning into supination position, reduction of rehabilitation period terms.
