SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics. Talus-navicular, astrogalacalcanean and calcaneocuboid joints are opened. Medial release of foot is performed. Apparatus of external fixation is applied on shin and foot. Supination of heel bone in astrogalacancanean joint is eliminated, in talus-navicular joint alignment of foot is eliminated. Into spaces that are formed between talus and navicular bones, talus and heel bones introduced is with its base inwards taken from wing of iliac bone wedge-shaped transplant. Between joint surfaces of calcaneocuboid joint introduced is also taken from wing of iliac bone lamellar autotransplant. Compression in astrogalacalcanean, talus-navicular and calcaneocuboid joints is performed by means of apparatus of external fixation.

EFFECT: method ensures obtaining complete full reconstruction, restoration of capsule and ligament apparatus, reduction of ankylation period and elimination of deformation recurrence.
