FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely to means for optimisation of ultrasound images. Method of therapy control and regulation by radio-frequency (RF) ablation consists in formation of target area image with application of system of ultrasound image formation, for obtaining pre-operation image for calibration, obtaining continuous, in real time at least one additional image, with RF-probe being introduced into target area and formation of RF-current in order to heat target area in RF-probe tip. After that, at least one intra-operation image from continuously obtained ones in real time is created. Then pre-operation image and intra-operation image are compared in order to form feedback signal. Feedback signal is transmitted into RF-power generator in order to change RF-power and improve quality of intra-operation image. System for method realisation includes ultrasound scanner, which obtains pre-operation image of target area for calibration and at least one additional image of target area, radio-frequency (RF) probe, RF-power generator and detector of bubbles, made with possibility of comparing pre-operation and intra-operation images, with detector of bubbles showing presence of at least one bubble in target area and producing feedback signal.
EFFECT: application of invention makes it possible to improve image quality.
