FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: system comprises a surgical device accommodating an ultrasonic converter and an ablation unit, and a control unit (CTRL) configured to send a control signal (CoS) to the ultrasonic converter, receive a reply signal (ReS) from the ultrasonic converter to indicate one or more bubble within limits of respective tissue, and calculate a predictor value (PV) describing a risk of a tissue injury caused by rough release of bubble energy. The control unit (CTRL) is additionally configured to send a primary signal (RS) controlling a position of the ablation unit if the predictor value (PV) exceeds a threshold. A method for evaluating the risk of the tissue injury caused by the rough release of the bubble energy involves the stages, which provide sending (S1) the primary ultrasonic signal into the tissue, receiving (S2) the secondary ultrasonic signal from this tissue, detecting (S3) if one or more bubbles form within the limits of this tissue on the basis of the data obtained from the secondary ultrasonic signal, sending (S4) the data obtained from the secondary ultrasonic signal, to a processor, calculating (S5) the predictor value (PV) on the basis of the data obtained from the secondary ultrasonic signal; the predictor value describes the risk of the tissue injury caused by the rough release of bubble energy, deriving the primary signal (RS) on the basis of the predictor parameter (PV) and controlling a position of the ablation unit by means of the primary signal (RS). The system is applicable for combined ablation and ultrasonic imaging of respective tissue.
EFFECT: higher safety of the ablation process.
