SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely to means for the formation of functional images. The method contains obtaining the first image of accumulation of the first contrast substance in the patient's tissue, which is not the subject for analysis, with the first image being generated on the basis of the first data from the first means for the image formation; obtaining the second image of accumulation of the second contrast substance in an analysed patient's tissue and the patient's tissue, which is not the subject of the analysis, with the second image being generated on the basis of the second data from other second means of the image formation; generation of the first image mask on the basis of the first image, generation of the first feature image on the basis of the second image and the first image mask and presentation of the first feature image, which does not include accumulation of the contrast substance in the analysed tissue, which does not accumulate the contrast substance. The device for the image formation contains a mask generator and an unit for the identification of peculiarities, generating the feature image.

EFFECT: application of the invention makes it possible to reduce the number of mistakes in the process of therapy results assessment.
