FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: device includes pouring cast-iron ladle (1) with bottom pouring shell (5), steel ladle (11) with bottom pouring shells (12), which is located under it, and moulds (15) for continuous workpiece casting. Cast-iron ladle (1) has bottom gas tuyeres (4) and includes dome (6) with holes (7) in its pre-bottom part. Open part of dome (6) is fixed at the bottom of cast-iron ladle (1) above bottom pouring shell (5). In upper part of dome (6) there installed is branch pipe (8) connecting the cavity of dome (6) by means of valve (9) to compressed gas source or to atmosphere, and floating shutoff fire-proof element (10) is located in its cavity above bottom pouring shell (5). Lower part of bottom pouring shell (5) is included in tightly fixed pouring device (13) connected through valve (14) to compressed gas source or to vacuum pump. Steel ladle (11) includes pouring devices (16) tightly fixed on lower parts of its bottom pouring shells (12) and connected through valve (17) to compressed gas source or vacuum pump. Heaters (18) are located in upper part of moulds (15) and coolers (19) are located in lower part.
EFFECT: improvement of quality of steel obtained in ladle metallurgy.
