SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of plastic shipbuilding, and concerns the load-bearing three-layer panels of polymer composite materials (PCM) with a middle layer of foam repair. Disclosed is the PCM load-bearing three-layer panels with a middle layer of foam plastic repairing method, which includes the damaged bearing and middle layers removal from the damage area, cutting of the bearing layers edges and successive restoration of the lower bearing, middle and upper bearing layers. Cutting of the lower bearing layer edges is carried out from the outside and after the tooling installation on the middle layer side, its reconstruction by means of the cover plate over molding. To restore the middle layer, the tooling is installed from the upper bearing layer side to the damage area at the level of the undamaged middle layer and the foamed polyurethane foam aggregate pouring into the resulting cavity between the lower bearing layer, and its subsequent curing.

EFFECT: proposed PCM three-layer panels repair method from enables reduction in labor intensity and repair cost while ensuring the repaired structure strength and reliability.
