The device also includes a system of transporting the powder to the powder dosing modules, a module of sensors consisting of a group of sensors to measure the degree of filling of cartridges in a group of cartridges, and the sensors cells are made so that they individually respond to the state of filling of each of the cartridges when dosing, and a management system of dosing modules according to the measured states of filling of each of the cartridges in a group of cartridges, made with the possibility of termination of dosing, when the desired amount of powder is packed into each cartridge.
