FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: method to install a sleeve line along a building staircase height in gaps between stair flights and between rails of their barriers consists in the fact that additionally technical inspection of a staircase is carried out, as well as calibration calculations for strength and deformability of barrier elements of stair flights and stair platforms. Then values of gaps are measured in plan in clear between stair flights and rails of their barriers in conventional points of crossing of ascending rails of the barrier and descending stair flights, then, with account of the width of gaps between stair flights and between rails of their barriers, support and/or limiting elements are made, fixing them tightly at one end to a strip steel tape of a barrier rail and/or to a stand of a barrier grid of a ascending stair flight and at the other end - to the lower face of the descending stair flight, with support and/or limiting elements installed horizontally and/or vertically to axes stretching via conditional points of crossing of ascending rails and descending stair flights, an area is developed for free installation of a sleeve line along a building staircase height.

EFFECT: improved operational properties according to a bearing capacity, rigidity, lower instability, higher security of public in case of their forced evacuation from buildings and structures.
