FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hoisting devices, particularly, to continuous-operation municipal transport facilities, and can be used in multistory building and structures. Claimed device comprises shaft with openings for passages, tensioners being secured at the ends of said guides carcass with guides arranged in said shaft and provided with enveloping flexible elements to carry platforms interacting with said guides, and the drive. Said shaft features cross-section shaped to circle, oval, etc, while carcass with platform guides is installed at the shaft centre and composed of central vertical column of the same cross-section. In compliance with first version, tensioners are arranged in pairs along column perimeter, at its top and bottom between supports. Flexible elements envelop diametrically opposite pairs of tensioners and can move in appropriate direction of displacement, rising upward form column one side and lowering from column opposite side downward. Every platform is secured at, at least, one flexible element provided with individual drive. Load-bearing surface of platforms is directed upward and equipped with rollers to interact with guides arranged vertically on column outer side. In compliance with second version, guides are arranged vertically over inner side of hollow column. Flexible elements supporting said platforms envelop top and bottom tensioners and can move in appropriate direction of transportation and are arranged from column outer side. Load-bearing surfaces of platforms are directed upward. Besides, being located inside the column, they form the zone of flexible elements and platform return zone outside the transportation area. Every platform can turn through 90 degrees about the axis perpendicular to vertical generatrix of the column outer side. Besides, it comprises driving and locking mechanism.

EFFECT: increased capacity and higher safety of transportation of people.
