FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: supernatants of mononuclear cultures are analysed for the pre-therapeutic and 14-day spontaneous and phytohemagglutinin induced cytokine IL-6 production. If observing increase in the spontaneous IL-6 production to 5158.3±218.4 pg/ml and decrease in the induced IL-6 production to 3056.3±223.5 pg/ml, a more severe clinical form of psoriasis - erythrosis - is predicted.
EFFECT: accurate prediction of psoriasis to erythrosis transition.
