FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: transmitters and receivers with dynamically varying output power are connected at the receiving and transmitting sides of radio transmitters and linear transmission bands of the receiving devices are controlled depending on the selected data packet transmission rate at the input of said devices; the given quality of transmitted data is maintained at given transmission rate thereof by dividing the transmitted data packet into frames k, and the given signal-to-noise ratio and constant rate are maintained during each packet frame by measuring U1j and U2j at the end of each packet frame for a time t3, as well as cutting the time between data negative acknowledgements by using dissipative meteor trails.
EFFECT: high throughput of a network owing to reduced effect of non-uniformity of saturation of a meteor trail.
