FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, specifically to surgery. When creating a stoma, monofilament sutures are applied on incision corners of a muscular aponeurotic layer. A non-tight double knot is created; both filament ends are delivered through a perforated silicone microirrigator delivered outside through a counteropening being 5 cm away from the stoma. In 3-5 days after decreasing an intestinal diameter, the incision corners of the muscular aponeurotic layer are brought together by tightening three-knot filaments guided by a finger introduced in the stoma.
EFFECT: method provides the colostoma consistency after the intestinal size loss, reduces a risk of developing parastromal hernia in treating acute intestinal obstruction.
