FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to foaming equipment end and may be used in foamed concrete mixers. Foam generator comprises compressed air and foaming solution feed branch pipe, mixing chamber, dispersal chamber with filler, grating and outlet foam pipe. Dispersal chamber is shaped to truncated cone diverging along foam flow. Nozzle with two unions is arranged at chamber inlet: compressed air union 3 and foaming agent union. Note here that said chamber outlet is shaped to inverse truncated cone jointed to chamber by larger base and provided with foam line at its outlet. Note also that retaining grating is arranged at transition of inverse cone into foam line. Note that cylindrical insert connected with dispersal chamber via retaining grating is arranged along chamber axis. Note that conical screw web with taper surface angle equal to chamber taper surface angle is arranged inside dispersal chamber, between its walls. Space between said walls and screw web is filled with filler of fibrous elastic material, for example, wire wastes, plastic chips.
EFFECT: intensified mixing, simplified design.
