FIELD: energy.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat engineering and solar power engineering and can be used as solar power plant element, converting and preserving Sun radiation energy in form of thermal energy for hot water supply, heating and air conditioning in buildings and structures. Tubular solar collector panel includes tight housing with heat exchange channel, number of transparent coaxial pipes with absorbent coating and plugs, hollow heat rods with evaporators, condensers and heat-absorbing plates, which thermally contacting with heat rods through layer of heat-conducting material. Design features of tubular panel consist in, that heat conducting layer and absorbent coating are made in form of volumetric absorber from heat-retaining material with phase transition and properties of semitransparent black body, which fills all free space of internal tubes between heat rods and heat-absorbing plates, rolled into cylindrical spring, in which each turn is made in form of Mobius band, cut and shifted along axis on its forming plate width for smooth transition into neighboring coil of cylindrical spring.

EFFECT: invention shall improve efficiency and reliability of manifold, exclude mechanical drives, provide combined absorber and heat accumulator functions for heat carrier heating uniformity in difficult operating conditions.
