FIELD: power industry.

SUBSTANCE: servo motor for actuator of control valve of steam turbine includes power cylinder with piston loaded with a set of springs, and stock, and slide valve. Stock is connected to control valve and slide valve in which there arranged is movable and fixed axle boxes with openings. One side of slide valve is loaded with pulse pressure from control unit of turbine control system, and the other side - with pilot-operated spring. To the sliding device there connected is oil pipeline of control oil, which is connected by means of openings in movable axle box with upper end chamber and oil pipeline of delivery main line, which is connected to sliding device. Pilot-operated spring is arranged outside the housing sliding device in box formed with housing with drain pipeline and detachable cover plate. They are fixed to lower flange of sliding device so that one part of box is closed with sliding device, and the other one is covered with detachable cover plate. Inside box there located is equal-arm lever the arms of which are connected by means of spherical ball connections and “скалка” slide valve with pilot-operated spring, diaphragm protecting against splashes and oil splashes for installation of measuring instrument during the adjustment.

EFFECT: invention allows improving control reliability of control valves of the turbine.
