SUBSTANCE: self-vibrating thermo-multi-vibrator contains trigger, the first output of which is connected to the input of heating element that is interconnected by thermal coupling with thermo-depended element of control device that represents self-maintained converter temperature-frequency of discreet action, two sources of reference voltage, note that trigger S input is connected to the output of first threshold device, trigger R input is connected to the output of second threshold device, control device output is connected to the second input of the first and second input of the second threshold devices through the first and second converters temperature-frequency correspondingly, each of which contains sequentially connected filter, amplitude detector and integrator.

EFFECT: increase of stability of time and repetition interval of voltage output pulses, extension of functional capabilities.
