FIELD: physics, signalling.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fire alarm signalling devices which are activated by the heat effect of a fire source and is intended for use in systems for distributed monitoring of extended fire hazardous facilities. To achieve said result, the device includes a heat-sensitive element, transmitting and receiving piezoacoustic transducers, an ultrasound generator, an amplifier, a processing and control unit and a signalling means. The heat-sensitive element consists of a closed heat-resistant tube which is filled with low-melting material (alloy) which forms an acoustic link between the output of the transmitting and the input of the receiving pieozoacoustic transducers. The piezoacoustic transducers are connected to the first end of the heat-sensitive element. The input of the ultrasound generator is connected to the first output of the processing and control unit and the first input of the signalling means. The output of the ultrasound generator is connected to the input of the transmitting piezoacoustic transducer. The input of the amplifier is connected to the output of the receiving piezoacoustic transducer. The output of the amplifier is connected to the input of the processing and control unit, N second outputs of which are connected to corresponding N second inputs of the signalling means, where N is an integer greater than 1. The signalling means comprises N+1 display elements connected by their inputs to corresponding N+1 inputs of the signalling means.
EFFECT: high accuracy of localising a fire source.
