FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to vertebrology, and can be applied in surgical correction of spine in children in case of impaired segmentation. Essence of method consists in realisation of posterior access to spine, cuneate vertebrectomy of spine at the top of deformation in order to achieve mobility. Metal constructions are installed from both sides of spine and fixed on the ends of deformation, destruction being performed on the concave side of spine, and contraction - on convex.
EFFECT: application of claimed invention makes it possible to obtain maximal correction of spine in case of segmentation impairment in children with prevention of development of secondary signs of deformation in the process of child's growth.
