FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a catalyst based on a perfluorinated copolymer and mesoporous aluminosilicate, a method of preparing the catalyst and a method for oligomerisation of alpha-olefins, more specifically alpha-olefins with 6 or more, preferably between 8 and 14, carbon atoms. The catalyst is a composite of perfluorinated copolymer and mesoporous aluminosilicate with weight ratio of perfluorinated copolymer of 5-50%. The mesoporous aluminosilicate has specific surface area of 200-1200 m2/g and pore volume of 0.1-1.5 cm3/g with average size of 2-30 nm. The catalyst is obtained by saturating aluminosilicate with a copolymer solution in an organic solvent, followed by distillation of the solvent at temperature of up to 100°C in a vacuum. The aluminosilicate preferably has the HMS or MCF structure type, weight ratio Al2O3/SiO2 therein of 0.01-0.3. Described also is a method for oligomerisation of alpha-olefins in the presence of said catalyst.
EFFECT: achieving high conversion and obtaining oligomers with high molecular weight.
