FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of elastomer compound. Method of producing tire comprises making assembled uncured tire with set of structural elements, subjecting it to moulding and cross-linking to make finished tire. One of said structural elements comprises elastomer compound produced in the following steps. Feeding one elastomer polymer 102 selected from diene elastomer polymer and monoolefin elastomer polymer or mix thereof, one reinforcing filler 103 and curing agents in at least one intermittent-action mixer 101. Note that said intermittent-action mixer 101 incorporates two-opposite-rotation screws. Mixing in said mixer 101 is performed at rotor rpm about 20 to 60. Mixing and dispersing of aforesaid reinforcing filler 103 in said elastomer polymer 102 in mixing device 101a to produce elastomer compound 104, 108. Unloading said compound and feeding it in continuous-action mixer 106. Note here that said continuous mixer comprises to revolving screws. Mixing said elastomer compound 104, 108 in said continuous mixer 106. Unloading said elastomer compound 104, 108 from said continuous mixer 106.
EFFECT: better dispersion, good mechanical properties.
