FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention discloses the elastomer compounds production device. Claimed device comprises the mixer with mixing chamber provided with loading opening. Two motor-driven rotors are arranged in the mixing chamber. The rod rests on the mixer and has the first end with pressure piston and second end with the plunger. Pressure piston impends over said rotors and can displace between different lifted initial position and "r" bottom positions at the stroke end. This device comprises control appliance to affect the plunger working position so that piston bottom position at the stroke end is varied. Said control device includes the stroke end setting disc secured and integrated with the mixer and provided with "r-1" elements for the stroke end setting. Every said element can displace irrespective of the others between the first position whereat it is pulled in the disc and the second position whereat it exits therefrom.
