FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: details are saturated with cobalt and chromium in the circulating halide medium with a ratio of cobalt and chromium 20-85 wt % and 15-80 wt %, respectively, at a temperature > 900°C and above the quenching temperature of nickel-based alloy. After saturation of the details with cobalt and chromium the details are saturated simultaneously with aluminium and silicon by the slip method with the content of silicon powder 4-50% of the total weight of aluminium and silicon in the slurry. This is followed by homogenising annealing in vacuum or inert atmosphere, and the processing in slurry and homogenising annealing is repeated to obtain a total coating thickness not more than 100 microns.
EFFECT: increased resistance of the coating to high temperature oxidation and hot salt corrosion, while maintaining a high heat resistance, and as a consequence, the quality and durability of coatings and components are increased.
