FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: method includes shaping an insert model with ledges formed on a sheet from polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), matching with a sheet of coal plastic prepreg based on epoxide resin and winding of coal plastic prepreg onto the insert model, pressing and thermal treatment of matched components, and cutting of the PTFE sheet. Ledges on the polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) are shaped by milling of its surface in two directions at equal angles (30-45°) to the axis of coordinates, winding of coal plastic prepreg onto the insert model is carried out at the angle equal to the milling angle. Coal plastic is coal plastic containing a carbon tissue from carbon fibre with average size of crystallites along the basal plane 3.0-6.0 nm and thickness of basal plane package 1.0-4.0 nm and impregnating chlorine-containing polyglycidylarylenediamine resin.
EFFECT: simplified technology of bearing insert manufacturing.
