FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, for example to hydro turbines building, ship building, in particular, to hydraulic machines, propellers friction units operated at high loads: high specific pressures, sliding speeds without lubrication and in aqueous medium. Insert is made out of fiber reinforced plastic with epoxy with embedded into it system of fluoroplastic elements (4), remote from friction surface parts of which are embedded into epoxy plastic at angle to friction surface and uniformly cover entire friction surface. In reinforced plastic in middle part along height of elements (4) between fluoroplastic elements parallel to insert axis Z-shaped metal planks (7) are located, so that remote from friction surface part elements (4) height is embedded between planks (7) flanges with provision of elements (4) bending in circular direction. Also disclosed is method of sliding bearing insert making by winding with preliminary antifriction layer laying on mandrel with smooth side in form of fluoroplastic plate with protruding elements, bearing layer (3) winding from fibrous epoxy plastic, pressure testing, heat treatment and workpiece mechanical processing. After winding part of bearing layer (3) thickness on entire surface of insert between elements (4) planks (7) are placed in axial direction, which flanges are located parallel to insert axis and circular winding is continued to rated insert thickness with subsequent pressure testing, thermal treatment and plastic curing.
EFFECT: technical result is higher load capacity (PV-factor, where P is contact pressure, V is sliding speed) and reliability of insert at high movement speeds due to enabling heat removal from friction zone and fluoroplastic elements system reliable shaping in plastic.
