SUBSTANCE: section (33) to set a composition sample sets a composition sample complying with an input image, on the basis of a number of identified areas, where attention is drawn on the input image, and scenes of the input images. On the basis of the composition sample set by the section (33) of composition sample setting, a section (34) of composition analysis defines a "cutting" area on the input image, which is optimal for the image received by "cutting", following the composition sample from the input image. This invention may be applied, for instance, in a device for processing images, which tunes a composition of the input image.
EFFECT: possibility to receive an image with an optical composition by cutting even for an object different from a human being.
