FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to video encoding/decoding. Image processing device is disclosed. Device comprises a motion vector setting module, which is designed with possibility to set the motion vector to a second prediction block at the second level based on information indicating whether the motion vector is set, common for at least the first prediction block at the first level and the prediction block adjacent to the second prediction unit corresponding to the first prediction block at the second level.
EFFECT: technical result is a reduction in image processing.
