FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: paste-like composition used to form an electrode (8) on the back surface of a p-type silicon semiconductor substrate (1), which is part of a crystalline silicon solar cell, according to the invention the paste-like composition contains aluminium powder as electroconductive powder, wherein said aluminium powder contains flake-like aluminium particles, wherein the average size ratio is greater than or equal to 30 and less than or equal to 600, wherein that size ratio is the ratio of the average size of the flake-like aluminium particles to the average thickness of the flake-like aluminium particles. A solar cell which is based on said paste-like composition is also disclosed.
EFFECT: achieving the back surface field effect, which is equivalent to or surpasses the usually achieved back surface field effect, even when used in a case when a thin electrode layer of the back surface is formed on a thick silicon semiconductor substrate, or when a thin electrode layer of the back surface is formed on a thin silicon semiconductor substrate, and when used in a case when a thin electrode layer of the back surface is formed on a thin silicon semiconductor substrate, not only capable of achieving the back surface field effect, which is equivalent to or surpasses the usually achieved back surface field effect, but is also capable of strongly inhibiting deformation of the silicon semiconductor substrate after burning.
