SUBSTANCE: as a device for oral hygiene a toothbrush is considered comprising a head with bristles extending outward from it, and a handle formed on a distal end adapted to place the proximal end of the head. On the head or on the handle a cavity is formed, which includes the supply of dental floss. One end of the dental floss is attached to the head, and the other end of floss is attached to the handle. The cavity becomes available when the head and the handle are at least partially separated from each other. The method of use the toothbrush is provided.
