METHOD OF PREVENTING INFECTIOUS ABDOMINAL COMPLICATIONS IN CASE OF PANCREONECROSIS Russian patent published in 2013 - IPC A61B17/00

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgery and can be applied for formation of omentobursostoma and prevention of infectious complications in case of pancreonecrosis. Transverse cut of anterior abdominal wall is performed at the level of rib arch in projection of upper edge of colon. The line of skin cut in the middle third is made arch-like, concave upwards to xiphisternum. The line of cut of muscular-aponeurotic layer in lateral thirds of the wound are made immediately under skin cut, and is made concave downwards in arch-like way in the middle third of the wound. In order to create omentobursostoma "window" arch-like protrusion of muscular-aponeurotic layer is fixed to upper edge of the skin wound. To separate colon and abdominal cavity from omental bursa, arch-like skin flap is submerged into omental bursa above transverse colon and fixed with sutures to transverse colon mesentery.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to reduce risk of development of transverse colon fistulas.
