Abstract RU 2463013 C2

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine. System of fixation of occipital plates in accordance with the first version contains case part, first and second wings and clamping device for pressing case part to specified at least one wing for its fixation in specified position with respect to case part. Case part includes plate body, passing between opposite sides along medial-lateral axis, and canal, made in plate body at least from one of said sides. First and second wings run from respective opposite sides, each of which has at the end receiving device for reception of elongated connecting element and at least one of which has part, installed in said canal with possibility of movement along medial-lateral axis towards respective opposite side of case part and from it. System of fixation of occipital plates in accordance with the second version contains plate body, located along medial-lateral axis between opposite mounting parts, each of which has mounting hole, passing between upper and lower surfaces of plate body, and groove, passing around said hole. In each of mounting holes placed is receiving device, each of which has near upper plate surface canal for reception of elongated connecting element and leg, which is inserted into respective mounting hole and each of which has slot passing around it. System also contains spring, located around leg between groove of respective mounting hole and said slot of respective leg, each of receiving devices being made with possibility of rotation and turning with respect to plate body in corresponding mounting hole.

EFFECT: inventions ensure possibility to provide adequate stabilisation of occiput and to adjoin it in optimal way, as well as to include connecting elements of adjacent cervical vertebrae, with reduction of invasion and complexity of procedure.
