Each stage involves two to seven stages, wherein one of the stages at any of the stages is a resting stage, at the first stage of the first stage, studying and performing at least one exercise or complexes of exercises, including any of the exercises selected from the group.
EFFECT: method enables preventing age-related fibrosis of the head, neck, breast area covers and associated aesthetic disorders - puffiness, loss of clear face relief, formation of lympho-fat deposits in the seventh cervical spine, formation of a double chin, impaired facial proportions, severe fixed facial expressions, wrinkles, nasolabial folds, deformation of orbital tissues, slowed growth of connective tissue, and formation of fibrous adhesions of skin with cover tissues, as well as recover tonus of muscular tissue, its anatomical parameters and skin appearance of neck, head, and human breast area.
