FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine, namely to orthopaedics, and can be used for prevention and treatment of locomotor apparatus, as well as for treating a foot and such diseases as flatfoot and flat-footed deformation of feet. Insole has an elongated cavity forming a pronation area and extending along the outer side of the insole from the location of the lateral tubercle of the calcaneal bone to the location point of the distal end of the nail phalanx of the fifth toe. In the cross-section of said recess, the highest point of the pronation area is substantially near the outer side of the insole. Above insole can be used for sports and casual shoes. Method of making an insole involves obtaining a foot image, determining thereon an elongated cavity position forming a pronation zone and extending along outer side of insole from location of lateral tubercle calcaneus bone to location of distal end nail phalanx of fifth toe, and formation of insole with said pronation zone. Insole is formed so that in the recess cross-section the highest point of the pronation area is located substantially near the insole outer side.
EFFECT: inventions provide positive dynamics of foot arch, faster process of correction of foot shape, partial or complete elimination of pain in feet and locomotor apparatus.
