SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, in particular to devices for apparatus massage, and can be used in sports medicine, in physiotherapy, and can be applied in medical and medical-health-improving establishments. Device for pneumovacuum massage contains massage element, made in form of replaceable heads of different construction, crank electric drive with piston, flexible pipeline, electronic unit of determination and setting of frequency of electric drive shaft rotation, device for regulation of air flow amplitude. Device for regulation of air flow amplitude consists of two chambers, regulated by means of two opposite pistons, installed on rods made in form of racks which are in meshing by means of dear. Crank electric drive with piston is placed in cylindrical case with formation of above-piston and under-piston cavities. On input one chamber is connected with above-piston cavity, the other - with under-piston cavity, and on output each one is connected by means of flexible pipeline with massage element.

EFFECT: possibility to dose impact of vibration taking into account patient's individual peculiarities by selection of amplitude-frequency characteristics and taking into account maximal impact on physiological processes by presence of feedback about state of nervous-muscular system, which makes it possible to carry out regulation of impact parameters in real time scale, being at the same time mobile and compact.
