FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: method includes electric deposition of cobalt-tungsten coatings with application of a pulse current with density of 10 A/dm2 from a mixed electrolyte having temperature of 55-65°C and the following composition, g/l: cobalt sulfate 12-15, sodium tungstate 40-100, ammonium citrate 40-60, tungsten carbide 10-50, pH 4-8. The produced coating is lubricated with a 10% solution of potassium hexacyanoferrate (II) in glycerine and processed by electric spark method with a graphite electrode EG-4 at the soft mode by working current of 1.2-1.5 A.
EFFECT: higher hardness and wear resistance of a coating.
