FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: regenerative gas turbine expander unit for compressor station contains HP gas line connected with main HP has line, turbine expander with regulated nozzle assembly, compressor, combustion chamber, gas turbine, electric generator, MP fuel gas line, waste-heat heater of HP fuel gas, reducing device. HP fuel gas line via the waste-heat heater of HP fuel gas is connected with input of the turbine expander, its output via the MP fuel gas line is connected with the combustion chamber. To HP fuel gas line all HP fuel gas is supplied for all gas transfer units of the compressor station and gas turbine expander unit. The regenerative gas turbine expander unit additionally has the regenerative air heater, waste-heat heater for MP fuel gas, was/water heater of fuel gas, waste-hear exchangers of exhaust gases of gas transfer units. The turbine expander rotor is connected by common shaft with compressor rotor of the gas turbine expander unit, and gas turbine rotor is connected by common shaft with the electric generator rotor. The exhaust gas duct of the gas turbine along the gas flow has the installed regenerative air heater, waste-heat heater of HP fuel gas, and waste-heat heater of MP fuel gas. HP fuel gas line via the waste-heat heater of HP fuel gas is connected with input of the turbine expander, its output via the waste-heat heater of MP fuel gas and gas/water heater of fuel gas is connected by the fuel gas line with the combustion chambers of the gas turbine expander unit of the gas transfer unit. The waste-heat exchangers of the exhaust gases of the gas transfer units are connected by the heating medium pipelines with the gas/water heater of fuel gas. HP fuel gas line is connected via the reducing device with fuel gas line.
EFFECT: invention increases power and efficiency of the gas turbine expander unit.
