FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: laser projection microscope has a laser amplifier on one side of which, along the optical axis, there is a lens and the observation object, and an imaging system on the other. The laser amplifier is based on laser active medium on copper bromide vapour and is connected to a solid-state pumping source. The image recording system is based on a high-speed CCD camera, mounted in line with the laser amplifier and connected to a personal computer and a synchronisation circuit which is connected to the solid-state pumping source.
EFFECT: high accuracy of monitoring and analysing investigated processes.
