FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to bakery industry, in particular, to the technological processes of antiadhesion coating application onto baking tins. The method involves mechanical treatment of metal baking tins, the tins blasting with dry air, polymer antiadhesion coating application onto the tins, thermal treatment of the tins with the applied polymer antiadhesion coating. Mechanical treatment of the tins is performed by the sand blasting method using an abrasive blasting installation with the nozzle inner hole diameter d equal to 5-8 mm, under compressed air pressure P1 equal to 4-7 kgf/cm2, compressed air performance A equal to 2-8 m3/min, sand particles size b equal to 0.5-2.5 mm, the distance to the tins surface L1 equal to 10-300 mm. After the tins blasting with dry air one performs the tins heating in an oven till the temperature T1 is equal to 40-60°C. Then one applies one-layer polymer antiadhesion coating containing, wt parts: low-molecular synthetic thermoresistant caoutchouc of cold vulcanisation - 60-85%, cold hardening catalyser - 1.5-1.9% and solvent (intended for rubber industry) - balance, the thickness S is equal to 20-250 mcm, kinematic viscosity coefficient η is equal to 60-90 cSt; application is performed using a spraying device under air pressure P2 equal to 5 -10 kgf/cm2, the distance to the tins surface L2 equal to 50-200 mm. After the polymer antiadhesion coating application onto the tins thermal treatment of the tins (for polymerisation of the applied coating) is performed in a drying chamber at air temperature T2 equal to 40-60°C during time t equal to12-48 hours.
EFFECT: invention usage will allow to enhance baking tins coating quality.
