SUBSTANCE: cleaned and dry surface of insulator is coated with water-proof coating based on organic-silicon compound of cold curing, which is mixed with low-molecular organic-silicon fluid, and produced mixture is weakened by organic solvent, for example, oil solvent. Also solid filler in the form of acetylene black is added before mixing with low-molecular organic-silicon fluid, and as a curing agent methyl triacetoxysilan is used. Per each 100.0 weight parts of rubber this compound contains low-molecular organic-silicon fluid (1.25-2.5) weight parts, aluminium hydrate (5-15.0) weight parts, acetylene black (0.5-2.5) weight parts and curing agent (2.5-6.5) weight parts.
EFFECT: improving reliability and increasing service life of applied water-proof electric-insulating coating in vulcanised condition.
