SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgery and may be applicable to restoring the continuity of the digestive tract after gastrectomy. Cut out a piece of the intestine 30.0 cm long on the vascular pedicle. Continuity of the jejunum is restored by the anastomosis end to end. They form esophagojejunoastomosis. Distance of 3.0 cm from the esophagojejunoastomosis is dissected longitudinally through a 5.0 cm long antimesenteric intestinal wall, stretch the incision with thread-holders in the sides of the middle of the opposite edges to the transverse state of the incision, the intestinal wall is sutured with separate interrupted sutures in a single row. At 6.0 cm below the line of the obtained sutures, the jejunum is bent to the right, and the paramesenteric sides of the obtained corner of the intestine are sewed together for 1.5 cm with separate nodal serous-muscular-submucous sutures. Then the segment of the intestine is turned counterclockwise by 90 degrees, and the left paramesenteric margins of the intestine are sewn together with a few stitches for 1.0 cm serous-muscular-submucous sutures opposite and parallel to the suture formed in the corner on the right wall of the intestine. Restoration of the continuity of the digestive tract is completed by the end-to-end double-row jejunoduodenalanastomosis.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to create a new organ replacing the stomach, which provides the performance of the digestive, reservoir, valve-evacuation functions.
