FIELD: medicine, surgery at stomach agenesia. SUBSTANCE: ansa is developed by small intestinal transplant, small curve is made by long arm of isoperistaltic intestinal ansa and large curve - by short arm of antiperistaltic intestinal ansa. T-shaped cut is performed on both arms of intestinal ansa. In horizontal parts of those cuts esophagus is anastomized together with iso- and antiperistaltic arms of intestinal ansa, in vertical parts of T-shaped cuts reservoir is formed. EFFECT: more successful operation to create stomach at agenesia.
