SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. A device for recanalization of tracheal and bronchial stenoses using an endoscope includes a handle, in the body of which an electrical terminal is fixed; a slider movable in the handle; a dielectric tube with a metal electrically conductive string placed inside it. In this case, the dielectric tube is movable in the endoscope channel and is connected to the slider to ensure its reciprocating movement along the metal string when the slider is moved, and the metal conductive string is connected to the electrical terminal and is provided with a helical distal cutting part and a dielectric tip.
EFFECT: use of the invention will make it possible to ensure the resection of scar tissue in the treatment of stenosis of the trachea and main bronchi while reducing the risk of perforation and trauma to intact sections of the trachea and bronchi.
