SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to cardio surgery, and is intended to assist patients in removal of the previously implanted in the heart electrodes. According to the method, a tube is placed on the electrode, applying to the electrode a pulling force with the tube simultaneous displacement towards the heart to the place of the electrode fusion with its tissues, characterized by fact, that a pre-tensioner, which is a screw pair, is preliminary successively inserted into the tube until stop in the tube, electromagnetic vibrator and a clamping mechanism, with the help of a clamping mechanism fixing them on the electrode, by the tensioner extension creating a pulling force, transmitted to the electrode and the tube proximal end through the vibrator and the clamping mechanism, enabling the tube movement towards the heart with the electrode counter movement, with the increase in the resistance to the electrode pulling, switching on the electromagnetic vibrator, and providing the electrode separation from the heart through microfractures due to the vibrator oscillations transmitted to the tube proximal end and to the electrode in the region of the fusion with the heart.

EFFECT: technical result is in enabling of the safe electrode separation from the encapsulating it fibrous tissue in places of contact with the heart.
