SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to dentistry, and is intended for orthopedic rehabilitation of patients in period of osteintegration of two-stage dental implants. Temporary implants are installed in displaced way in vestibular-oral directions in intervals of two-stage dental implants. Resting on them dental bridges are made from composite, in such a way, that their masticatory surfaces in vestibular-oral direction are placed on one line, internal surfaces, facing the centre of alveolar crest have roundings in form of jaw mucous membrane, with 1.0 mm indent from it. Surfaces, adjoining mucous membrane of prosthesis bed in places of articulation of crowns, have domelike roundings in form of gingival papilla with 1.0 mm indent from it.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to form red esthetic line with expressed gingival papillas and increase space between temporary and two-stage dental implants due to placement of temporary implants into intervals of two-stage dental implants in displaced way in vestibular-oral directions and resting on them dental bridges have roundings.
