FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine. A system comprises a port assembly which comprises: an access port having in general a central axis (52). The access port assembly additionally comprises an attachment mechanism enabling the access port to be attached to e.g. patient's abdominal muscles. An assembly tool (30) comprises a handle (90) extended along an axis (92) and a working head (96) for interlocking with the port assembly, and an attachment mechanism actuator operating when the working head is interlocked with the access port. The assembly tool has such a configuration that the longitudinal axis of the handle is spaced from a common central axis of the access port when the working head is interlocked with the access port.
EFFECT: provided fast and simple delivery and cut downsizing.
