SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine, and may be used for treating chemical abuse. That is ensured by patient's functional state assessment followed by localising individual symmetrical zones of acute tenderness on skull skin, nose sides and an exterior lateral surface of a first phalanx of long finger. The detected zones are coated by a photosensitiser-containing carrier. After the 20-40-minute exposure, these zones are treated by alternating light flux in the range of 400-450 nm and 630-670 nm of power 20-40 mWt for 5-40 seconds on each biologically active zones. An apparatus comprises a control unit connected to light-emitting diodes, a light guide with a therapeutic tip and a photosensitiser feeder with a replaceable tip. The feeder is connected to the control unit and a replaceable cartridge containing photosensitiser with the light-emitting diodes placed in the same body with exposing to light flux at wave lengths within the range of 400-450 nm and 630-670 nm through the common flexible light guide. The control unit comprises a microprocessor localising and memorising the zones of acute tenderness, specifying a priority and a length of exposure to each colour.
