SUBSTANCE: described are isolated peptides capable of inducing a cytotoxic T cell, having amino acid sequences shown in SEQ ID NO: SEQ ID NO: SEQ ID NO: 19, 22, 30, 34, 344, 358, 41, 44, 46, 48, 78, 80, 100, 101, 110, 111, 387, 112, 394, 395, 133, 135, 137, 426, 174, 178, 186, 194, 196, 202, 210, 213, 214, 217, 223; 376, 379, 114, 116, 117, 121, 227, 228, 233, 254, 271, 272 or 288, as well as peptides having said amino acid sequences, in which 1 or 2 amino acids are substituted, delegated or added under the condition that the peptides are capable of inducing cytotoxic T cells and a method of collecting such peptides. The present invention also provides medicinal agents for treating or preventing diseases closely associated with overexpression of CDH3, EPHA4, ECT2, HIG2, INHBB, KIF20A, KNTC2, TTK and/or URLC10, for example, cancer, containing one or more of these peptides as an active ingredient. Disclosed also are methods of inducing a cytotoxic T cell, an antigen-presenting cell and inhibiting cell proliferation. A cytotoxic T cell and an antigen-presenting cell are also disclosed.
